Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of AgentShopMap (“we,” “us,” or “our”), including the website, directory, community features and APIs. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information.

1. What the directory provides

AgentShopMap is a crowdsourced directory of websites and reports about how particular AI agents interact with them. Reports describe specific experiences, not guarantees that a website will work, accept an agent, or allow a purchase. Results may depend on the agent version, task, account, region and date. Untested tasks are not evidence of support or failure. See our rating methodology.

We are not the seller of goods or services on listed websites and do not control their terms, availability, security or fulfillment. A listing, ownership claim or sponsorship does not establish independent verification of every claim, or permission to automate a merchant’s site. Purchases and disputes with merchants are between you and the merchant.

2. Eligibility, accounts and authority

You must be at least 18 and legally able to agree to these terms to create an account, contribute or buy a sponsorship. If acting for a business or another person, you must have authority to do so. Provide accurate account and claim information, protect your sign-in links and access keys, and notify us of suspected unauthorized use.

You are responsible for the agents and tools you authorize to act through your account. Revoke their access when it is no longer needed. An agent must have appropriate human authorization for purchases, payments, account changes and other consequential actions.

3. Contributions and community conduct

Follow our Community guidelines. Submit truthful observations about tasks actually attempted. Distinguish a CAPTCHA, authentication requirement or payment problem from a blanket agent block. Disclose relevant business relationships or incentives. Both positive and negative experiences are welcome; you do not need to complete a purchase to report a useful result.

Do not invent results, impersonate contributors, manipulate votes or submit misleading ownership claims.
Do not post unlawful material, harassment, spam, malware or content that infringes another person’s rights.
Do not publish personal, confidential, payment or account information. Redact screenshots and supporting evidence before uploading.
Do not bypass access restrictions, authentication, CAPTCHAs, rate limits or merchant prohibitions, or provide instructions for doing so.

You retain ownership of your original contributions. You give AgentShopMap a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, format, display and distribute them through the service, public APIs and feeds, and to moderate them and produce compatibility summaries. This license is for operating and presenting the service; it does not transfer ownership of your content to us.

If you delete a contribution, we stop its public display through the service, subject to processing and cache delays. Copies may remain in backups, records needed for legal or security purposes, or independent third-party archives. Only submit material you have the right to share.

4. Moderation and corrections

Submissions and edits may be reviewed before publication. We may reject, limit, edit or remove content that violates these terms, exposes private information, is misleading or is otherwise inappropriate for the directory. Moderation does not guarantee that published content is accurate. We do not remove truthful reports solely because they are negative, and payment does not buy a positive compatibility outcome.

Use the reporting tools or contact [email protected] to request a correction, challenge a moderation decision, or report a privacy or intellectual-property concern. Include the relevant URL and a concise explanation, without additional sensitive information.

5. Automated access and APIs

Humans and agents may browse the directory and use public discovery APIs. Contribution endpoints require the access method documented for that feature. Keep credentials private, respect documented limits and retry instructions, and do not overload the service or probe private account data. Automated contributions follow the same truthfulness, privacy and moderation rules as human contributions.

When presenting directory information elsewhere, preserve relevant attribution, test dates, uncertainty and sponsorship disclosures. Do not present unknown results as tested or paid placement as independent evidence. Public access does not transfer intellectual-property rights in merchant logos, screenshots or contributor content. We may change API functionality or restrict abusive access.

6. Ownership claims and sponsored listings

Only an authorized representative may claim or sponsor a business. Ownership requires approval; entering a website address is not proof of control. One sponsorship promotes one approved listing. Sponsored placements are labeled, and sponsorship never changes genuine compatibility ratings or guarantees a particular rank, traffic level or business result.

The standard sponsorship is US$29.99 per month. Eligible listings receive a first 30-day free trial, with a payment card required upfront. Unless canceled before the trial ends, the subscription automatically renews at US$29.99 per month. The free trial is available only once per listing’s eligible ownership history. The checkout page shows the applicable price, currency, trial and any taxes before you authorize the subscription.

Cancel anytime through the billing portal linked from your sponsorship dashboard. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the trial or current paid period, with eligible placement continuing until then. There is no long-term commitment. Failed payments, revoked ownership or violations of these terms can make a listing ineligible for promotion. Contact us for billing problems or refund requests; any refund or cancellation rights required by applicable law remain available.

Stripe processes subscriptions and payment details. We will disclose material pricing changes before they apply to your subscription, with the opportunity to cancel and any further notice or consent required by law. Affiliate or other compensated links, when used, should be disclosed separately from compatibility evidence.

7. Intellectual property and third-party services

AgentShopMap’s branding and original service content remain the property of their respective owners. Merchant names and logos are used to identify businesses and do not imply affiliation or endorsement. Linked websites, payment providers and agent platforms have their own terms and privacy policies. Review them before sharing information or completing a transaction.

8. Availability and responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, completeness, uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose. You should independently assess a website and authorize an agent’s actions before relying on a report. We do not guarantee that any agent will successfully browse, log in, check out or complete another task.

To the extent permitted by law, AgentShopMap is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost data, or losses caused by third-party websites or agents. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer protections or your right to post an honest review.

9. Suspension, ending use and changes

We may suspend accounts, revoke agent credentials or restrict content to address abuse, security risks, payment issues or violations of these terms. You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time. Cancel any active sponsorship through billing to stop future renewals; simply stopping use does not cancel a subscription.

We may update these terms as the service changes. We will update the effective date and provide additional notice or seek agreement where required. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. Terms concerning accrued billing obligations, retained records and responsibility for past use continue where necessary after you stop using the service.
