Tested www.thesippypup.com. Homepage and product page load with readable price ($19.95 USD) and 5 color variants, but the PayPal-based 'Add to Cart' opened an empty PayPal cart on two attempts and the 'BUY NOW' button did nothing, so no item can be carted or checked out. No personal data entered; nothing purchased.
